Camp Rafael C. Rodriguez, Libertad, Butuan City - Three suspects, who were indicted for Qualified Trespass to Dwelling, were captured today (June 30) in their residence as part of intensified campaign against wanted persons.

Police Brigadier General ROMEO M. CARAMAT JR., Police Regional Office (PRO)13 Director, identified the apprehended suspects as Mila A. Montialto, 42 years old married, vendor; Angela A. Montialto, 19 years old, single, student; and Angelica A. Montialto, 25 years old, single with live-in partner, vendor, all residents of Brgy. Taglatawan, Bayugan City, Agusan del Sur.

The accused were arrested by virtue of warrant of arrest under criminal case number 9892-21-F-28, issued by Municipal Trial Court in Cities, Bayugan City ADS, dated June 29, 2021 with recommended bail bond of ₱ 36,000.00 each for their temporary liberty.

Investigation revealed that arrested persons unlawfully, willfully and feloniously entered the dwelling of their neighbor because of deceitful gossips last August 9, 2020 at Brgy. Taglatawan, Bayugan City.

"The success of our police operations against wanted persons has been gaining headway due to the information provided by the community.
