Miss International 2019 Sireethorn Leearamwat (สิรีธร ลีห์อร่ามวัฒน์), 27, of Thailand will crown her successor at Pacifico Yokohama in Yokohama City, Kanagawa Prefecture, Japan in November 2021. It will be the 60th edition of the international beauty pageant based in Japan and organized by The International Culture Association.

Crowned on November 12, 2019, Leearamwat was not able to crown her successor in 2020 due to the new coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. This makes the Thai beauty queen the longest reigning Miss International titleholder.

Runner-up to Leearamwat was Andrea Toscano, 22, of Mexico. Evelyn Namatovu Karonde, 25, of Uganda, Alejandra Vengoechea, 23, of Colombia and Harriotte Lane, 20, of thw United Kingdom were the respective second, third and fourth runners-up.

As of June 30, 2021, there are 38 women confirmed to compete for the Miss International 2021 title. Here is the list:
