There's really heaps of things we can compare between two leaders in their visit to Japan. One of which is on how the business community and high-echelons of Japanese society warmly welcomes and support of them. On one hand, we have the former President Aquino, who gave a speech in front of Japanese lawmakers which he then received a standing ovation while the other is the incumbent President Duterte whose speech were abruptly stopped while speaking in front of many Asian leaders in a 25th Nikkei Conference on the Future of Asia in Tokyo.

'PLEASE CONCLUDE SPEECH' REQUEST TO DUTERTE TO CUT SHORT SPEECH IN JAPAN
While Filipinos have gotten used to the long winding speeches that President Rodrigo Duterte usually gives, the Japanese haven't– and they've found a polite way to tell the Chief Executive to stop talking.
Duterte was slipped a note to end his speech while he was talking at the 25th Nikkei Conference on the Future of Asia in Tokyo, Japan Friday (May 31).
"If you are doing business, why should you go there? And… Please conclude speech," he said, reading the note handed to him by a Japanese man in a suit.
Duterte awkwardly followed the request, telling the audience that he had to leave because Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe was waiting for him.
"Ladies and gentlemen, I love — we love Japan. You know I am sorry it's the — it's the Prime Minister who is waiting for me. So you are not even the second or the third. I'll leave you with just a smile. Arigatou," he said.
Duterte went off his prepared speech at least two times, first to talk about the need for a code of conduct in the South China Sea and the second, to assure foreign businessmen that the Philippines is an ideal place for investments
The Duterte's speech in Tokyo was stale, hollow, empty and full of non-sense
