Isabel in Dipolog City were conferred today the Safety Seal after passing the assessment carried out by the DILG Inspection Team in Dipolog City. Based on available records, the three barangays are the first public establishments in the region to be awarded the seal. The Safety Seal Certification Program was initiated to recognize private and public establishments which complies to the minimum public health standards as prescribed by the IATF policies.
