The provincial government and the Department of Agriculture distributed agricultural equipment and seeds to help the agricultural sector in Bulacan, recover from the damage of recent typhoons.

The distribution of the eight shallow tube well units to eight Farmers Cooperative Associations (FCAs) and 71 pieces of fish coolers to six FCAs was led by Governor Daniel Fernando. In addition to that, 590 plastic crates were also received by 14 FCAs while various vegetable seeds were distributed to 14 towns in the province.

In his message to the beneficiaries, Fernando said the construction of the Farmer's Training School will continue.

Aside from this, the Bulacan Farmer's Productivity Center and Provincial Government Multiplier and Breeding Center will also be built on 25 hectares of government land in the town of Donya Remedios Trinidad to increase farmers 'knowledge of new technology farming.

The provincial chief also encouraged farmers to teach their children to learn farming.
