Miss Pennsylvania USA 2020 Victoria Piekut, 24, Irwin, Pennsylvania, United States will crown her successor on July 31, 2021. It will be the 70th edition of the state-level beauty pageant that selects Pennsylvania's candidate for Miss USA, which selects the official Miss Universe candidate of the U.S.

Currently, Pennsylvania has 14 Miss USA placements. Representing the state at Miss USA, Kimmarie Johnson finished in the Top 6 in 1993 while LauRen Merola was fourth runner-up in 2008.

Also representing the state, Michele McDonald was crowned Miss USA in 1971. She finished in the Top 12 at Miss Universe 1971. 

There are 45 women competing for the Miss Pennsylvania USA 2021 title. Here is the list of candidates:
