New post on Radio Philippines Network (RPN) Construction Of City Greenhouse With Hydroponics In Brgy. Danlugan by RPN Pagadian City - The Department of Agriculture is mandated to implement the national policy of the state to provide AVAILABLE, AFFORDABLE, and SAFE FOOD in recognition to the fact that the population is growing therefore demanding a greater supply of food. Thus, the Department of Agriculture Region IX and LGU-Pagadian, headed by Mayor Sammy Co, agreed to establish an URBAN AGRICULTURE which includes a Modernized Urban Agriculture (Greenhouse with Hydroponics), a Mushroom Production Facility and Community Gardens. Greenhouse establishment started last week of May 2021 and is expected to be finished and turned over to the LGU-Pagadian within the month of August this year.
