Juan Ayala-Rodriguez, 35, of Gainesville, Hall County, Georgia, United States has been arrested. He is one of the eight suspects in connection to the murder of Yhony Castro's wife Rossana Delgado, 37, of Bethlehem, Barrow County, Georgia.

Originally from Venezuela, Delgado worked as a taxi driver for One Taxi Services in Gwinnett County, Georgia. She and Castro have two children.

Delgado went missing on April 16, 2021 and was last seen in DeKalb County, Georgia. According to Castro, she did not return home from her job as a taxi driver.

At around 7:00 a.m. on April 20, 2021, Gilmer County Sheriff's Office deputies were conducting a welfare check at a residence in Cherry Log, Gilmer County, Georgia when they found Delgado dead in a cabin that belonged to Megan Alyssa Colone, 30, of Stone Mountain, DeKalb County.

Colone was also among the suspects accused of being involved in the murder of Delgado. The others are Calvin Harvard, 28, of Covington, Newton County, Georgia, Oscar Manuel Garcia, 26, of Austell, Georgia, Maria Katherine Chavez Encarnacion, 28, of Marietta, Cobb County, Georgia, Juan Antonio Vega, 25, of Cobb County, Mario Alberto Barbosa-Juarez, 29, of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, USA and Carolina Jazmin Rodriguez-Ramirez, 28, of Oklahoma.

On May 15, 2021, Colone, Garcia and Vega were arrested in Mexico, returned to the U.S. and detained in Texas, USA while awaiting extradition back to Georgia. On June 26, 2021, the U.S. Marshal's Service in Atlanta, USA and San Diego, USA arrested Ayala-Rodriguez in Durango, Mexico.

Ayala-Rodriguez was transferred to a facility in California, USA. He will be extradited to Georgia to face murder charges, according to the Georgia Bureau of Investigation.
