Joseph Jimenez, 20, of Corona, Riverside County, California, United States has been arrested by the Corona Police Department. He was charged with murder, attempted murder and robbery.

Jimenez is accused of shooting his fellow Corona residents Anthony Barajas, 19, and Rylee Goodrich, 18, at the Regal Edwards Corona Crossings and RPX theater on Tuscany Street in Corona. The victims, who were friends, were watching "The Forever Purge."

Barajas and Goodrich were only discovered when employees went inside the theater to clean after the movie screening, Corona Police Department public information officer Tobias Kouroubacalis told KTLA. Barajas was rushed to a hospital and placed on life support while Goodrich was pronounced dead at the scene.
