Miss Rhode Islands USA 2020 Jonét Nichelle, 25, of Providence, Rhode Island, United States will crown her successor at the Veterans Memorial Auditorium in Providence on August 8, 2021. It will be the 70th edition of the state-level beauty pageant that selects Rhode Island's candidate for Miss USA, which selects the Miss Universe candidate of the U.S.

Currently, Rhode Island holds 11 Miss USA placements including one win. Born in Cranston, Rhode Island, Olivia Culpo, 29, was crowned Miss Rhode Island USA, Miss USA and Miss Universe in 2012.

There are 40 women competing for the Miss Rhode Island USA 2021 title. If facial beauty is the only criterion, these will be my Top 13 candidates:
