Balint Kopasz is a sprint canoeist from Hungary. Aside from canoeing, he also enjoys mountain hiking and gem collecting.

Born in Szeged, Hungary, Kopasz went to Dugonics András Piarista Gimnázium in Szeged. He lives in Algyo, Csongrad County, Hungary.

Both of Kopasz's parents are kayak racers. His mother Irén Demeter became his canoeing coach.
