Miss Philippines Earth 2021 will be crowned on August 8, 2021. It will be the 21st edition of the beauty pageant that selects the Philippines' official Miss Earth candidate.

Roxanne Allison Baeyens, 24, of Baguio City, Philippines was crowned virtually as Miss Philippines Earth 2020 on July 5, 2020. She was crowned Miss Earth-Water 2020 on November 29, 2020.

Hosted by Robi Domingo, the Miss Philippines Earth 2021 coronation ceremony will be held virtually due to the new coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. It will be aired by ABS-CBN via the Kapamilya Channel.

A total of 66 Filipino women will compete for the Miss Philippines Earth 2021 title. Here is the complete list of sponsors:
