To step up the vaccination roll out, the City of Taguig has launched a home vaccination program for senior citizens and compatriots who cannot leave their homes and go to the designated centers.

Under the program, there are doctors and nurses who come right to their homes so they can be examined and vaccinated.

This is a way for the local government to make the vaccination process easier for senior citizens.

The city targets to vaccinate all seniors who have previously expressed interest in getting vaccinated by pre-registering. Taguig City Mayor Lino Cayetano continues to encourage the public to get vaccinated.

Senior citizens belong to the government's A2 Priority Group, due to the limited supply of COVID-19 vaccine.
