Aside from its many historic tourist attractions and shopping centers, a trip to Seoul isn't complete without going cafe-hopping around the city. Seoul's coffee culture is just on another level: from themed cafes to quaint and lowkey neighborhood spots. While we wait until we can visit the city, several K-inspired cafes are opening inside and near the metro, just like this one in Angeles.

Moon Cafe

Already planning your post-ECQ road trip with your barkada? Moon Cafe is worth adding to your list if you and your besties are fans of aesthetic K-inspired cafes with good food. Boasting white walls, minimalist furniture and furnishing, and tall windows that let in a lot of light, this new cafe would make you feel like you're in your fave drama waiting to meet your friends or oppa. Just from seeing its interiors, you'd probably start playing your fave lively K-drama OST (because same).

Every corner at Moon Cafe is just snapshot-worthy: from the industrial lights, racks of Korean magazines where you might spot your fave idols and celebs, and seating.

You might also spot merch from popular K-dramas, such as Ko Mun Yeong's books from It's Okay to Not Be Okay.

Even their cashier is just as picturesque, with the black and white tiles with a pop of color from the neon light.

The Menu

Aside from the IG-worthy interiors of the place, here's what you're really in for good food and great conversations with friends. Moon Cafe offers a variety of coffee and non-coffee drinks served hot or iced, starting at P110 for a cup of hot espresso. They also have almond milk-based drinks for those who can't have dairy!

On hot days, go for their affogato – a mixture of a shot of espresso and their homemade vanilla ice cream.

If you're staying longer, try their Tummy Fillers: Honey Butter Fries (P80) and Chicken Fingers (P150), or sandwiches starting at P160 for a Grilled Cheese. Pasta is also up for grabs, like Carbonara (P240) and Salted Egg Pasta (P240).

Moon Cafe is located at Unit 107 Omnistellar Building, Fil-Am Friendship Highway 2009 Angeles City, Pampanga. They're open for dine-in from 12 NN – 8 PM on Mondays and 10 AM – 10 PM from Tuesdays to Sundays.
