Sayphonh Miranda Aquilla Xayachack, 25, and Gavin Lamar Tukes, 18, are accused of robbing and shooting a man in the man's home in Oconee County, South Carolina, United States on the evening of August 3, 2021. Both Xayachack and Tukes are residents of Westminster, Oconee County.

Xayachack allegedly entered the house of the victim to have a conversation with him and when he turned away from her, Tukes, who was wearing a mask, entered the house with a gun and demanded money. Tukes allegedly shot the victim in the leg and took money before leaving with Xayachack.

The victim was airlifted to the hospital. His named was not released.

On August 4, 2021, Oconee County Sheriff's deputies arrested Tukes and booked him into the Oconee County Detention Center in Walhalla, Oconee County, South Carolina. He was charged with attempted murder, possession of a weapon during the commission of a violent crime, first-degree burglary and petit larceny.

On August 11, 2021, Oconee County Sheriff's deputies arrested Xayachack in Panama City, Bay County, Florida, USA. She was charged with attempted murder, possession of a weapon during the commission of a violent crime and armed robbery while armed with a deadly weapon.

On August 24, 2021, Xayachack was transported from the Bay County Sheriff's Office to the Oconee County Detention Center. Her bond was denied on all three charges.
