At Miss Universe 2020 in Hollywood, Florida, United States on May 16, 2021, Rabiya Mateo, 24, of the Philippines and Estefania Soto, 28, of Puerto Rico finished in the Top 21 and the Top 10, respectively while Adline Castelino, 23, of India was third runner-up. Coincidentally, Mateo's father is Indian-American.
