Ledina M. Dugo is one of the 4 ARBs in Barangay Diniog and Manggitahan, Dilasag, Aurora, who received her land titles comprising of 1.3238 hectares through Serbisyong DAR-to-Door program of the DAR. The three (3) other ARBs include Marcelino Dugo, Jose Dadaan and Betty Camiling.

Provincial Agrarian Reform Program Officer II (PARPO) Joyce Ramones hands over the land title to agrarian reform beneficiary Marcelino Dugo.

Serbisyong DAR-to-Door is a program of the department where officials and employees of the DAR personally deliver the CLOAs right at the farm or at the doorsteps of the recipients.

The program aims to intensify the delivery of Certificates of Land Ownership Award (CLOAs) to boost the ARB's confidence knowing that they now legally own the land they till.

"Your CLOAs are here, as a sign of true ownership of your farmlands. Enrich it for your family," Ramones said.

She disclosed that the beneficiaries were surprised with DAR-Aurora's gesture as they deliver their titles right in the comfort of their homes as she mentioned to them that the distribution of land titles is only the first step since the agency will also be offering various support services to advance the economic lives of the ARBs.

She also reminded the ARBs of their role, rights, and responsibilities as CLOA holders and ARBs.

The ARBs promised to make their awarded lands productive and to actively participate in the activities of their cooperatives.  (DAR)
