We extend our prayers of good health and speedy recovery to Davao City Mayor Inday Sara Duterte following the unfortunate news that she has recently contracted COVID-19.
We also hope that her family members are safe and doing well as well as those who were close contacts of Mayor Sara.
We pray for the swift recovery of Mayor Inday Sara so that she can continue fulfilling her duties and responsibilities to the people of Davao City, and continue leading and guiding her constituents in participating in all the national government's programs, particularly the COVID-19 vaccination program.
With this unfortunate circumstance, we continue to remind everyone to follow all health and safety protocols against the virus and to only get their news and information from reliable and truthful sources.
Let us all do our part and contribute to our common goal of healing and recovering as one nation.
