dear self,

You've been through a lot. Do you see where you are right now? You're alive and still able. Congratulations for getting through the past year! You made it self, you made it. As you continue to progress this journey called life, allow yourself to continue growing.  Give yourself grace. Take with you the lessons you've learned. Remember, I will always be proud of you. You can always be more and make life alive and fun. Though there will be days that the gloomy sky will let your soul down, that's okay. The sun will still shine through.

No matter what happens, nothing and no one will make you feel less as a human and as a woman. Your worth is not dependent on what you do, not on what other people say about you, how they see you. Your worth is from God's and because it is from His', you are more precious than jewels. You shine, you sparkle and you are a light in God's heart. Remember, you are His wonderful creation as His beautiful daughter.

Amidst the noise of the world dear, don't forget to find peace in your mind and in your heart. Seek wisdom from Him. Cultivate joy within yourself. Let go of the anxieties, pressure and doubts. Let go and let God. Say in prayer what's in your heart and talk to Him. Lift them up and pray that the dreams planted in your heart may be one with His will. One at a time dear self. Take the pace not in hurry but steady. Do one thing that makes you closer to reaching one of them. You can do it. You will be fine for you are not alone. You always will because God is with you.
