Job Description
A Customer Associate responds to a wide range of queries and requests regarding account opening/closing, as well as online Bank products and remittances. This role is responsible for verifying and authenticating the legitimacy of signatures and documents. Receives and processes cash and/or check deposits and payments, as well as tracking various Bank transactions, such as incoming and outgoing clearing check transactions. carries out any other responsibilities that may be assigned.

Qualifications
Eligibility: Career Service (Professional)/2nd Level Eligibility
Education: Bachelor's degree Preferably in business-related course
Training: Branch Operations; Counterfeit Detection and Familiarization with Other Third Currencies; Bank Frauds and Forgery Detection; Bank Products and Services; AMLA Rules and Regulations
Work Experience: None required (Entry level)
Competency: Computer literate, good oral and written communication skills; Fit and proper for the position, with due consideration to integrity/probity and diligence
