By July 19, 2021, it reduced its airdate to only Monday, Tuesday and Thursday to give way to PBA airing on other days. What kept the viewers hooked to Niña Niño is not just being an alternative to primetime newscasts, but also the events in the quiet town of Sta. Ynez, the hope given to the townspeople and the lives of Niña (Maja Salvador) and Niño (Noel Comia Jr.). Its story is more than a modern and lighter take on May Bukas Pa. Niña Niño will have a total of 185 episodes by today.
