DAVAO CITY - Davao City First District Rep. Paolo "Pulong" Duterte lead a huge number of margin in a recent survey from a local pollster here
The Pulso ng Dabaw Survey. a citywide random poll survey conducted during the period April 9 targeted some 100,000 wherein Duterte garnered 81.08 percent followed by Mags Maglana with 11.87 percent while 7.05 percent of the respondents were undecided.
The survey was designed to gauge the preferences representing the city's 355,052 registered voters (2022) at a confidence level of 95 percent and a margin of error of 4four percent.
The desired minimum sample size or number of respondents to attain such level of confidence and margin of error is 600 and
620 valid responses were received at the cut-off period set for the survey.
Meanwhile, mayoralty aspirant Sebastian "Baste" Duterte is the most preferred candidate for the said position based on the citywide random poll survey conducted April 11-12.
Duterte got 82.27 percent followed by Roy Elias Lopez with 10.54 percent while the undecided is 7.19 percent.
The random poll survey targeted 200,000 registered voters citywide and was designed to gauge the preferences representing the city's 992,538 registered voters (2022) at a confidence level of 95 percent and a margin of error of three percent.
The desired minimum sample size or number of respondents to attain such level of confidence and margin of error is 1,066 and 1,200 valid responses were received at the cut-off period set for the survey.
