To be fair: Multi-coated eyeglasses (like the ones Chiz is using) are good for Zoom on-cam to prevent the lights from bouncing off the eyeglasses. If your glasses are not multi-coated, all the lights in front of you will be reflected (like the ring-light you might be using which will appear as circles of light on your glasses) . If this is the case, you can remedy the situation by positioning the light a little bit on the side in a way that it doesn't bounce off your eyeglasses. Before appearing on-cam, test-frame yourself by using the camera app of your device. Travails.
