Hopefully, there could be a study based on demographics representative of the majority to EXTRAPOLATE the effect on the species of repeated infection ten to twenty years hereon (does the species become stronger, or more frail in heart, lung, brain, blood functions). Maybe people after us will have shorter lifespans? Or maybe there will be scientific health and medical interventions to prevent this? The healthy will survive repeated infections without long-term effects? What do you think -- Maybe we'll be fine... We need that study.
