PCG officer nabbed in Zambo for shabu

Philippine Coast Guard ,PCG-Southwestern Mindanao District is set to conduct random drug tests among its personnel to ensure that they are not using illegal drugs.
Earlier, PCG Seaman 1/C Bernabe Cosme Delin Jr., 32 was arrested in a sting in Zamboanga City. Police seized from him five plastic sachets believed to contain shabu,
Delin was collared along with his alleged companions, Gilbert Johnston and Edgar Mahinay in Barangay Cabataangan.
PCG commandant Admiral Artemio Abu said if proven guilty, Delin will be dismissed from the service.
