Star Magic Head 'Direk Lauren' nagsalita sa usap-usapang Kapamilya na si Kylie

Simula noong nakaraang taon, ilang behind the scene images na ang nai-post mula sa upcoming film ng Star Magic actor na si Gerald Anderson at Sparkle actress na si Kylie Padilla na Unravel.

Dahil dito, may mga napapaisip kung lumipat na ba ng network at ganap na Kapamilya artist na ba si Kylie.

Sa Star Magic press conference para sa upcoming 2023 films na Unravel, I Love Lizzy, at Swing, mapapansing si Kylie lamang ang Kapuso star na may role sa mga nabanggit na pelikula na katatampukan din nina Gerald Anderson, Carlo Aquino, Barbie Imperial, RK Bagatsing, at Jane Oineza.

Ngunit paglilinaw ni Direk Lauren Dyogi, ang ABS-CBN TV and Entertainment Production head na siya ring head ng talent management arm ng ABS-CBN na Star Magic, hindi lumipat ng bakuran si Kylie. Dito ay pinasalamatan niya ang talent management arm ng GMA na Sparkle sa pagbibigay ng pahintulot kay Kylie na maging bahagi ng proyekto.

"I just like to thank Kylie and Sparkle for joining us," saad niya, ayon sa ulat ng PEP. "Is Kylie with Star Magic? No, we have the honor, Gerald had the honor to work with Kylie."

Nakangiti namang tumugon si Kylie ng, "It's my honor po."

Sa pelikula nina Kylie at Gerarld, MavX Productions ang nag-produce ng pelikula habang Star Magic ang nag-provide ng artists, kung saan napasama ang aktres sa pahintulot na rin ng Sparkle.

Ang soon-to-be-released movie na Unravel ay kinunan sa Switzerland at mayroong malalim na tema tungkol sa mental health.

"It was very sensitive," ani Kylie, ayon sa PhilStar. "But for me kasi, when I read the script, very character-driven on why I accepted this project. I really felt for my character Lucy. And I feel like in her journey, in this story, I think we're watching the movie through her eyes."

"So, when you watch it, you'll see na sana there's hope for a more positive outlook in life. When you watch the movie, you'll understand. Kasi ako after I read the whole script, naging positive yung outlook ko and it helped me out in a way that I didn't think it would. The subject is very sensitive for me. It ended on a positive note," pagpapatuloy niya.
