"My role as a VP of career development was perfect because I believe the fastest way to gain mainstream representation is to be so good that no one can ignore you. The quickest way to do that is through education and mentorship. The abundance mentality of believing that there IS enough for all of us to share is so important. If there's only one of us at the seat of the table, when a brown Asian is placed in front of you and you are outnumbered, chances are, your voice will probably be unheard. But together, our voices are louder. Together, we can combine our talents, know-how, network, knowledge, and resources to bring our stories to the mainstream. Every step, we get a little closer and closer to this dream. " - Drea Castro, Actress/Writer/Director of The Jungle
