Police identified  fatality as Alfie Mark Untalan, 42. Rushed to  Region 1 Medical Center in Dagupan City for treatment of injuries were Rolando Salazar, 65, and Marciano Daliwan, 48. Probers said  Salazar was driving  tricycle with Daliwan on board when  motorcycle driven by Untalan hit them in Barangay Banaoang. Untalan was thrown off his motorcycle.
