The Internal Affairs Service (IAS) inspector general Alfegar Triambulo of Philippine National Police (PNP) has started its own investigation of police officer from Malabon City who killed two people and wounded another in shooting rampage on Wednesday.
Triambulo's investigators have started gathering facts surrounding case of Pat. Zenjo del Rosario, an anti-narcotics officer, who figured in shooting in Barangay Acacia.
Apart from complaints for two counts of murder and frustrated murder, Del Rosario is also facing administrative charge of grave misconduct.
