In a statement, the LTO said that an investigation began after the victim filed a complaint through an online program about how she was allegedly almost molested in Barangay Manggahan on November 12. While the attempt was unsuccessful, the rider allegedly took her mobile phone and wallet. The rider was issued a Show Cause Order to appear at the LTO-National Capital Region where he will be investigated for several alleged offenses. "This action is part of the investigation that we conducted as soon as we monitored this case on social media.
