The University of the Philippines-Centre International de Formation des Autorites et Leaders Philippines (UP-CIFAL Philippines) will hold "Leading Safe Spaces: The Role of Good Governance in Ending Violence Against Women" as part of the 18-Day Campaign to End Violence Against Women (VAW) on December 6, Wednesday, 1:00 pm, at the GT Toyota Asian Center Auditorium, UP Diliman, Quezon City.
The forum will discuss the vital role of leaders and authorities in crafting and implementing inclusive policies addressing gender-based violence. It will also tackle the current situation of gender-based violence in the country and examine the effectiveness of policies and programs in response to VAW.
