Whether it is to validate that you are in the province of Negros Occidental through a picture-taking with the word Negros Occidental in the capitol, dipping your heels and feel the lively tilapias in the lagoon, playing in the children's park or appreciate the golden sculptures by iconic artists, you can definitely spend more than an hour in the Capitol's complex.
