This achievement would rank as the fourth most in the franchise's storied history and the most since the 2008 team clinched the 17th NBA championship. The game saw the Celtics lead by 44 points at halftime, setting a new franchise record for the largest halftime lead. Their performance against Golden State is only surpassed by a 56-point victory against Chicago in 2018 and a 53-point win over Sacramento in 2022.
