The opening ceremony was officiated by Ms. Rungphech Chitanuwat, the Country General Manager of Informa Markets in the Philippines and is graced by Honorable Senator Francis "Tol" Tolentino and Undersecretary for Livestock of the Department of Agriculture, Deogracias Victor Savellano, who represented Secretary Francisco Tiu Laurel, Jr.
