The Observatory, located on Pioneer Street, Mandaluyong City, stands as a testament to the collaborative spirit between the Philippines and Japan, with Federal Land, Inc. and Nomura Real Estate Development Co. Ltd. joining forces under FNG. This mixed-use development spans 4.5 hectares and promises to redefine urban culture in Metro Manila.
