A mothers tale ..... "The Winged Feet Family's Journey in 16 cities in Europe"

This place to visit .... a dream come true !

Copenhagen always in my mind .... worth a visit again !

Rated as the 2nd most happiest place in the world my impression of Copenhagen is countless.

Always in my mind "Copenhagen" since January 2023, firstly, because my son got a deployment of his IT work of an American company to Copenhagen, Denmark.

I could not imagine that a precious member of my family be away from home for the first time to work in a foreign country. But as parent we need to support our children so when that time came we had to and we sent him off for his long haul trip to a country in Europe via Emirates at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport, Manila, Philippines.

Of my two children, he is the most traveled and Europe still in his bucketlist to see and experience. And the opportunity came with family brainstorming for his new assignment. We told him "it is still you who will decide whether to get the job offer for and IT work in Sweden".

He talked to his supervisor, that time, of his plan leaving the company (his current job). And to make the long story short, he was given a counter offer for deployment to Denmark. The offer was good and he came back to discuss with us and with him still to make the final decision .... and said he accepted the offer.

Months went by with regular updating through video call, email, private messages every week. And the plan (that came to our mind while we were in the airport that time when we sent him off on January 4, 2023) kicked off with the gathering of documents for Schengen Visa application of my daughter, my husband and myself. Destination Copenhagen, Denmark to visit our son. Visa approved for 25 days entry point Copenhagen, Denmark.

After being away from us that year, 2023, .... that long nine months, finally we saw him waiting at the arrival area of Copenhagen International Airport. We were excited to see him and of course him with that big smile on his face. For a month we were together in October last year. We stayed in his apartment for two nights before we explored all the other exciting cities in Europe, 16 cities to be specific of long journey happy, filled with excitement of building happy memories as a family, we named, the #WingedFeetFamily.

A welcome chocolate tea and coffee were readied by him when we arrived in his home so organized, neat and clean making sure we were all comfortable in our brief stay in his .apartment at the City Center.

That time, when we arrived in CPH, October 4, 2023, was cold and raining but it did not dampen our spirit to go out and see the place.

My good impression of the place really was unending specially so that I was with my son, my daughter and husband, my travel buddies.

Of course the pastries, the croissant that I want to were so good as my son brought us here at the Buka Bakery where we had coffee and pastries, sandwiches for breakfast.
