Representing the United States, Miss Grand International 2020 Abena Appiah, 28, of the United was crowned at Show DC Hall in Bangkok, Thailand on March 27, 2021. The Ghanaian-American singer, model and beauty queen is the eighth winner of the international beauty pageant based in Thailand.

Runner-up to Appiah was Samantha Bernardo, 27, of the Philippines. Ivana Batchelor, 22, of Guatemala, Aurra Kharishma, 20, of Indonesia and Lala Guedes, 27, of Brazil were the respective second, third and fourth runners-up.

The venue and date of the Miss Grand International 2021 coronation night have yet to be announced. As of June 30, 2021, these are the confirmed candidates:
