Reina Hispanoamericana 2019 Regina Peredo, 22, of Mexico will crown her successor on October 30, 2021. It will be the 30th edition of the beauty pageant celebrating Hispanic heritage, language and culture based in Santa Cruz de la Sierra, Bolivia.
Crowned on February 8, 2020, Peredo was not able to crown her successor in 2020 due to the new coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, making her the longest reigning Reina Hispanoamericana titleholder. As of June 30, 2021, these are the confirmed Reina Hispanoamericana 2021 candidates:
