Situated in Ronda, a fishing village on a remote part of Cebu Island, Les Maisons D'Itac is a private and intimate resort where you can experience luxury of relaxation.

Getting There

Named after a city in Spain, Ronda is a breath of fresh air as it greets travelers with trees, rice fields and the sea breeze coming from the Tanon Strait. It takes at least two hours to get to Ronda from Cebu City.

You can either take a bus or arrange a private vehicle to bring you to Les Maisons D'Itac in Ronda. As of this writing, I highly recommend arranging a private transport vehicle for safety purposes. You can simply use google maps and type in Les Maisons D'Itac just make sure not to miss the corner right before reaching the huge Ronda sign.

The road leading to the resort is quite narrow. If you are bringing your own vehicle, make sure to coordinate with the resort staff so they can advise where to park your vehicle.

All guests are required to wear their face mask before entering the resort. You will be greeted by the resort staff upon entering and they will be doing a temperature check. Persons with temperatures from 37.8 and up will not be allowed to enter the property with his/her car or group.

Accommodation

The resort has six (6) accommodations.

Studio Poseidon and Calypso are 45-square-meter air-conditioned rooms with king sized beds. It has its own bathroom, terrace, and daybed.

The Maison Ulysse is their alfresco villa. It's a traditional bamboo house with ceiling fan, king-sized bed and own toilet and bath. It has a private lounge area and dining area at the ground floor.

All of the accommodations will surely give you an amazing ocean panoramic view.

We were lucky to score a flash-sale-deal. We only paid Php18,838.42 for a 3-Day-2-Night stay plus they allowed us to check-in early and check-out late because we were the only guests at that time.

extra CHARGES

Some rooms can have more occupancy depending on the type of accommodation you're booking. In our case, we booked the villa good for 6 people but it can actually house ten (10), you just need to pay an additional fee of 500 per person per night. Not bad right?

Each additional person, 2 years and older will be charged an additional fee per night. Coordinate with the resort to confirm the fees and the maximum capacity before arriving to avoid any confusion or miscommunication.

To guarantee a reservation, the resort will require 100% deposit to block off your desired dates of stay and all deposits will be non-refundable. Deposits can be made with credit card, Paypal or bank transfer. You can also check them on Airbnb or Booking.com to see if there are other reservation arrangements available.
