To make the most awaited day, of every student memorable, officials of a school located in a far-flung village of the municipality of Sibalom, Antique made a way for its students graduation rites. Using a multicab open back van, the organizers set it as stage for their mobile ceremony.

Due to poor internet connectivity, it is very hard for them to have a virtual graduation, according to Department of Education (DepEd) Sibalom South District Supervisor Demar Cahilig.

The said open back multicab was decorated as a stage and visited the house, of each of the students. Cahilig slso added that Tulatula Elementary School principal Arnulfo Batiao, together with his teachers decided to have a mobile graduation for their 18 elementary pupils on July 12th.

Being the first of the 39 public elementary and secondary schools under DepEd Cahilig's supervision to hold a graduation rite, the said elem school is located nine kilometers away from the town proper.

The District Supervisor's message was recorded and played via a mobile sound system that is also installed in the makeshift stage. Each of the parents of the students were asked to go up the multicab stage, accompanying their child for the traditional rites, such as ribbon pinning, giving of the certificate, and photo ops.
