A truly heart warming moment. The Tausug first responders and some of the C-130 plane crash survivors shared a light and wonderful time in a a "meet and greet" activity, that was initiated by the 11th Infantry Division at the Camp Navarro General Hospital, Zamboanga City.

According to an interview, 11th Infantry Division (11th ID) commander, Maj. Gen. William Gonzales said that the meet and greet is a part of the plane crash survivors' healing process.

He also added that aside from all the injuries and burns that the crash survivors have endured, the healing process also include all the emotional and psychological stress and trauma.

Four of the Tausug first responders was brought along by the 11th ID. Three militiamen and a construction worker all are very willing to meet, greet and see the conditions of their rescued, plane crash survivors.

A very commendable act, Maj. Gen. Gonzales also noted the bravery of the responders and willingness to help, unmindful of the dangers that they will face, as they arrived at the crash site of the ill-fated C130.
