Cebu City - Nakakuha ug parehang marka gikan sa Commission on Audit nga "unmodified opinion" ang Lalawigan sa Sugbo ug ang Syudad sa presentation sa ilang tagsa tagsa ka financial statements sa year ending December 2020.
"In our opinion, the accompanying financial statements present fairly, in all material respects, the financial position of the Province of Cebu as at December 31, 2020, and its financial performance, its cash flows, and its comparison of budget and actual amounts for the year then ended in accordance with International Public Sector Accounting Standards (IPSASs)," matod ni State Auditor Maria Daisy Bercedo sa ilang annual audit report.
Gihatagan ug kopya niini si Cebu Governor Gwendolyn Garcia niadtong Hunyo 21, 2021.
"Unmodified opinion" means that they have concluded that the financial statements were prepared, in all material respects, "in accordance with the applicable financial reporting framework" and "free from material misstatement," pasabot ni Bercedo.
"I am happy to announce that for the first time ever, since its charter in 1937, Cebu City has received an unmodified opinion from the Commission on Audit (COA) for our financial transaction for the year 2020, mensahi ni Labella. (Jhon Tadlip)
