After days of looking for the perfect cafe, I finally found one!

As a full-time writer, my creativity thrives in a peaceful and nice workspace. Since I also currently live here in Mintal, I fancied a go-to cafe whenever I need a little "push" to be productive.

Mintal is one of the villages in Davao City, and is 14.32 km (about 30 min. drive) from downtown area. One cannot expect that this village is as progressive as Metro Davao. However, there are already some decent establishments here as it continues to develop.

One of them is this cafe I found at San Francisco Street—Craft Coffee.

As you come in to this cafe you will be welcomed and pleased by its modern wooden interior design. From tables and chairs, gigantic clock, to the ceiling and wall accents—woods are everywhere. One can also instantly tell that the woods used to "craft" this place are high-quality and expensive. Aside from the aesthetic wooden furnitures, the variety of vases, cups, mugs and frames displayed on the wall are surprisingly consistent to the theme. The interior alone is indeed an art in itself.

But wait! This place continues to impress through the food they serve. They have rice meals, sausages, pasta, dessert, and drinks—coffee most importantly.

I ordered Hungarian Sausage (which comes with rice or fries), Iced White Mocha, and I later added Cafe Latte. I can definitely guarantee that the food and coffee they serve are top-notch! They're so much better than the ones from the downtown cafes. My own bias is their iced coffee. I loved it more than the hot one I ordered.

And if you think that is all, your full experience in this cafe is completed by their delightful service. The staff are accommodating and kind—which I believe is an absolute plus-factor.

Bonus, they have Wi-Fi access and power plugs for your laptop or gadgets. They charge P20.00 per hour for it. The only thing that needs to improve on, in my opinion, is the internet speed. It was pretty slow considering I was the only customer that time.

Altogether, it was a lovely experience. I will definitely be back.
