The topics mentioned above was discussed by . DOST-ITDI Food Safety Section Head, Ms. Lourdes S. Montevirgen including food safety principles and use of food additives in various foods while Ms. Pete Maverick Nicole Estudillo, DOST-ITDI Science Research Specialist I discussed the Philippine Regulations on Food Additives. A total of 24 enrolled women micro entrepreneurs (WMEs) from Davao Region attended the activity via online platform and face-to-face set-up. This activity was held in support of women-led entrepreneurs under the GREAT Women Project 2 (GWP 2) of the Department of Science and Technology Regional Office XI (DOST XI) in partnership with the Philippine Commission on Women and the Government of Canada.
