Agimat ng Agila is now back with another season.

Bong Revilla reprises his role, along with Sanya Lopez, Elizabeth Oropesa and Benjie Paras. Joining the cast for this season are Gardo Versoza, Betong Sumaya, Kim de Leon, Lia Salvador and Rabiya Mateo. This season is directed by Rico Gutierrez and Jojo Nones.

The second season of Agimat ng Agila takes off with Maj. Gabriel Labrador (Bong) moving on a new life with Maya (Sanya) and Nanay Berta (Elizabeth) while continuing his mission to protect the environment. However, a devastating incident leaves Gabriel grieving. He finds hope when he encounters Jumong (Kim), a homeless person who eventually becomes part of his extended family. One day, Gabriel accepts an assignment to investigate the environmental crimes of a supposedly "upstanding" jewelry company that is suspected of being a front for a disastrous illegal mining organization that also engages in human trafficking. He later on finds out that Zeus Limjoco (Gardo), the head of the organization, may be involved in killing Gabriel's loved ones. During an encounter with some of Zeus' henchman, Gabriel discovers that he is no longer bullet-proof. He later on finds out that his intense grief from losing loved ones and the death of the magical Eagle Mulong may have limited his super powers. Meanwhile, an international police organization led by Asha Raj (Rabiya) discovers him and recruits him to join her battle against the enemies of humanity and the environment and in search of the Talisman Dragon, a necklace which gives super strength to whoever wears it and be immune to sickness and old age. Gabriel's fighting ability is put to a test, now that his powers are limited.

From the origins of Agimat and Gabriel's development as a superhero in the previous season, viewers, including long-time fans of Kap, will see a lot of twists and turns in Gabriel's identity in this new season. A mix of action, fantasy and environmentalism continues this Saturday.
