Today, I had to let go of a part of me. I had to put it aside but we had to do it.
Altezza Cafe was born out of the desire to share the beauty of Malita. We bought the place where it was initially a struggle to get to the exact spot, but when I got to the top, my first word was, "wow." And fast forward, the Cafe was born.
But certain factors had to be weighed in and we just had to let go. It had been a very educational two years and we will treasure all the fond memories.
