A Divine Turnaround
Definition of Pandemic: An epidemic occurring worldwide, or over a very wide area, crossing international boundaries and usually affecting a large number of people.
I believe the Lord is turning the evil of the Covid-19 pandemic around the world for good. Those who used their time to seek God for revival during the season of isolation are now seeing answers to their prayers. The Lord is responding to the personal revival of His people by sending corporate revival to His Church.
Why should we be surprised? If the enemy tried to shut the world down, particularly the Church, for as long as he did, then how much more will God turn around what the enemy meant for evil into good?
Remember Joseph!

* Joseph had a God-given dream
* His brothers became offended and sold him as a slave.
* Joseph became isolated from his family and accused of adultery
* Joseph did not survive prison, he thrived through it.
* God exalted Joseph as the 2nd most powerful man in Egypt.
* God gave Joseph another dream on how to survive a famine.
* The famine caused Joseph's brothers to fulfill Joseph's dream.
* Joseph saved his family, Egypt and the nations.
At the right time God turned Joseph's personal revival into a "pandemic revival."
Genesis 50:19-20: "Joseph said to them, 'Do not be afraid, for am I in the place of God? But as for you, you meant evil against me; but God meant it for good, in order to bring it about as it is this day, to save many people alive.' "
Revival Benefactors or Revival Intercessors
Casey and I did not go to the Brownsville Revival until April of 1998. When we arrived, the revival had already been going on for 3 years. We did not labor to pray for that revival. We benefited from those who were inspired by God to partner with Him as intercessors to help prepare the way for the glory of the Lord to come.
No revival happens by accident. All revivals are initiated by God. In every revival God chooses to partner with people in prayer. All revivals are sovereign moves of God. He must always receive all of the glory.
After we encountered the Lord's presence in Pensacola, God changed us from being revival benefactors to revival intercessors. No longer do we just want to benefit from what others labored for. Now, we want to be revival intercessors so that everywhere we go we live as a traveling house of prayer. Revival is when God has full access to you and me in order to reveal Himself to others.
I believe this first wave of revival outpouring in Asbury will benefit many who go there. However, this is not the only purpose God has. He desires for people to encounter Him in different ways. At home, by visiting Asbury, receiving impartation from others, or being encouraged by testimonies. The Lord is thinking far beyond Asbury. He desires to spread this fire to your neighbors and in the nations.
Let me encourage you today to move on from just being a benefactor of revival to being an exporter (intercessor) of revival! It's time for revival in Christian universities but even more in secular schools.
Be stirred, Be revived, Become an intercessor!
Ezekiel 22:30 So I sought for a man among them who would make a wall, and stand in the gap before Me on behalf of the land, that I should not destroy it; but I found no one.
Matthew 6:10 Your kingdom come. Your will be done On earth as it is in heaven.
