American nat'l faces deportation – BI

"He is only tourist… has no working or investor visa to engage in employment here," Bureau of Immigration (BI) said American businessman is being held at BI detention facility at Camp Bagong Diwa in Bicutan, Taguig City pending his deportation.
Jeffrey Oh, 34, chief executive officer of Careless Management, was arrested by BI operatives in his office in Poblacion, Makati City on July 28 for allegedly engaging in gainful employment without necessary work permit.
Oh is said to be business partner of singer and actor James Reid.
Based on complaint filed with BI, Oh presented himself as owner of several restaurants in Manila without necessary permits.
