Megaworld expands Cavite visibility

"Concept behind Maple Park Residences draws inspiration from Scandinavian countries as well as communities in Makati where residents are surrounded by lush open spaces in the middle of modern and urban city… Maple Park Residences will offer both excitement of urban living and laidback setting of Cavite," Megaworld Cavite first vice president for sales and marketing Eugene Lozano said Megaworld Corp., Andrew Tan-led property developer, is expanding its residential footprint within its 140-hectare Maple Grove township in General Trias, Cavite.
It is building 14-story Maple Park Residences, third residential condo that will rise inside 35-hectare Maple Grove Commercial District.
Megaworld expects to generate around P1.8 billion in sales from Maple Park Residences, scheduled for completion in 2028.
Furthermore, Maple Park Residences is poised to rise as first-ever Megaworld residential condominium development that will feature dedicated electronic vehicle (EV)-charging facility at parking area that can accommodate multiple vehicles at a time.
"Apart from link between Maple Grove's road networks and Gentri Bypass road, future direct link between Cavite Laguna Expressway (CALAX) exit and Open Canal will significantly cut down travel time for all Maple Grove residents, especially those coming from Metro Manila, other cities in Cavite, and even Laguna," he said.
Megaworld earlier announced it was allocating P15 billion to develop Maple Grove as "Cavite's first-ever modern central business district" within 10 years.
Two other residential condominium developments in township are 10-story The Verdin and 16-story La Cassia Residences.
