His life took a positive turn when he reconnected with a former classmate, an engineer, leading to a relationship and the birth of their child. Embracing this conviction, Comendador embarked on an educational journey, balancing his roles as a janitor, a student of Public Administration at the University of the Philippines, and a family man.
